Disk image. Drag Nesam Studio to Applications.

Open the downloaded NesamStudio-0.1.dmg and drag the app to Applications.
First launch only: right-click the app → Open → Open. (The app is not yet notarised by Apple.)
Map a folder of videos and photos, or add files, and start editing.

iPhone iOS 17 or later

iPhones only install apps signed by Apple. Until the developer account is set up, the app runs in Xcode's iPhone simulator (unzip and drag the app onto a simulator), or build it from source with Xcode and your own Apple ID to put it on your phone.
